Cancellation by Customer:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted as the order may have already been processed.

Cancellation by Astroo Guru:
- We reserve the right to cancel your order if there are any issues with payment, product availability, or other factors. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
2. Non-Cancellable Items
- Personalized Services: Due to the personalized nature of our astrology services (such as horoscope analysis, personalized consultations, etc.), once the service has been rendered or initiated, it cannot be canceled.
3. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Refunds are only provided for orders that are canceled within the specified 24-hour period or if the product is found to be defective upon delivery.
- To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your product or service.
Refund Process:
